We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Junior to join our flock at Bill Gosling Outsourcing.
This is a great first step for a school leaver to get your foot on the career ladder and see every aspect of how our company works, working alongside highly skilled individuals with over 50 years’ experience in Global Outsourcing!
You will gain a variety of experience, etiquette, understanding and skills to grow your career and next steps.
As part of the role you will support and report to Hiring Manager under Finance and Trust Analyst.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Processing customer payments receipted on a daily basis.
· Carry out reconciliation on daily items processed and ensure accuracy of manual processing.
· File uploads across multiple systems.
· Back office and data entry.
· Admin duties.
ABOUT YOU
· Ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ideally placed for a school leaver, or someone just leaving full time education, who wants to gain experience in a real working environment.
· Experience potentially in an admin role.
· Understanding of Computing, Business Admin and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm
Onsite for orientation and initial training, with the opportunity to Work from Home
Located in Glasgow City Centre (5 min. from Central Station)
