10. Refund Policy

Payments for Job adverts that have not been published to the site are refundable in their entirety. Job adverts that have been published to the website but have not received any "clicks" or "views" are also refundable in their entirety (this generally applies when a refund is requested within the first hour of publishing). For refunds request please contact our support email.

11. Approval Policy

We reserve the right to reject certain Job Adverts, including but not limited to, adverts from third party recruitment agencies, adverts with no salary information, adverts with missing information. When a Job Advert is rejected a refund is processed immediately followed by a rejection notification delivered to you via email.
