Reception & Admin Team
Get involved in the Great British Staycation by joining our team and helping make our customers’ holiday dreams come true. An excellent opportunity to join the park as we invest in park improvements and look forward to a fun-filled season with our customers. Salary: £10.18 per hour (age 18-22), £10.42 per hour (age 23+)
Contract Type: Seasonal (May to November)
Hours: Hours are variable. Reception is open 7 days a week and shifts can be between 8am and 7pm.
Location: Riverside Leisure Park. South Road, Wooler, Northumberland, NE71 6NJ
About the Role: Our passionate, customer-focused and friendly reception team are instrumental in ensuring that all our customers and visitors are welcomed to the Park, have all the information needed to enjoy their stay and leave following a positive engagement with the Verdant experience. They also handle queries and issues, liaising with the accommodation, maintenance and other teams on park to ensure our customers are enjoying their time with us and any problems that may arise are dealt with promptly and professionally.
About the Person: We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing role and excellent customer service skills. You will need to have good IT skills with the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly and efficiently. Good administration and communication skills are essential. Experience in a reception environment, or within the tourism/leisure industry would be advantageous but not necessary.
