The clinical areas covered by the Medical HSEP team are fast paced, and the successful candidates should therefore be forward thinking and pro-active with excellent organisational skills. You will work autonomously as well as with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in undertaking assessments to facilitate safe discharges and providing rehabilitation in the acute stages through to discharge planning and implementation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure are also required.
The successful applicant will be required to work 37.5 hours a week within a 7 day service. Flexible working arrangements may be considered if raised at interview..

The successful applicant will be joining an experienced multidisciplinary therapy team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Dietitians and Therapy Support Workers, supported by a Clinical Lead Therapist and an Advanced Frailty Practitioner. - Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values
