An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing to join the Bowood Estate.
The Head of Marketing is a key leader within the business, responsible for harnessing the Bowood brand and our wide range of business activities to promote the Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing across all enterprises of the Bowood Estate, with the primary areas of focus being the Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort and the House & Gardens.
The Head of Marketing will be highly knowledgeable about current marketing trends (particularly digital and social media), as well as confident looking ahead to future opportunities. You will have the creativity necessary to plan and oversee compelling marketing campaigns, promoting the business to both existing and target markets.
You will have extensive experience of leading marketing teams within multi-faceted organisations, ideally with considerable hospitality and/or leisure experience. Experience working in the heritage sector would be advantageous, though not essential. You will have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, enabling you to lead a marketing team across multiple business areas.

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
