VSA's holding company, Meet The People is an international group company that has a portfolio of agencies bringing together key marketing services with a sophisticated M&A strategy under one umbrella. Headquartered in New York the group agency is combining solutions from Creative and Design to Strategy, Activation, and Measurement. Backed by Innovatus Capital Partners, MTP has offices in the US and Canada (450 full-time employees) and is currently growing its activities in the UK and Europe. Our ideal candidates will be based in London and comfortable with a hybrid work structure (in-office/remote/travel).
This newly crafted position in our London office will support the Global COO of MTP to manage and expand the portfolio of marketing agencies in the US, UK and Europe. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the M&A sector and can contribute to our acquisition growth strategy. This individual will report to the Global COO.
- Corporate development, Strategy, and M&A, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and performance tracking
- Help scan and source future M&A targets
- Pre and post-deal M&A integration including, initiatives, synergies capture planning, integration model development, lead Integration/Result Management Office structure and, integration roadmap design and execution
- Grow the financial performance of portfolio companies through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a preferred major in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 3 years of investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A experience required
- A solid understanding of financial statements and accounting preferred
- Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects, and balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a timely manner
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, superb attention to detail, and a high level of curiosity
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed (US/Germany)
