Job Description
We are looking for a full time Junior Marketing Assistant to join us and complement our growing team. Preferably educated to degree level, you will be working across all of our verticals (IFA, GBI, Wealth DFM and MVPro Magazine).
You will work alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to complete the day-to-day marketing and administrative duties of the business.
You will be responsible for a wide range of marketing and administrative duties including uploading client articles to Wordpress, creating emails through Campaign Monitor, scheduling social media posts, generating professional client reports and appointment setting for our sales team. You will also be expected to complete a variety of other ad hoc admin duties on request and in a timely manner. You will need to be naturally organised and have a flair for administration, managing spreadsheets, and multi-tasking.
Your time keeping and organisation skills must be paramount, as should be your professional conduct.
About You
Integrity, honesty and openness are important to working in this tight team. The priority for us is to find an individual that possesses the innate ability and drive to be successful in what is a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of the core principles of digital content marketing (including digital tools such as Campaign Monitor, Hootsuite, Google Analytics and Wordpress) would be desirable but NOT essential.

Our in-house editorial team work alongside our creative design and marketing team to blend innovative creative design with original editorial content and cutting-edge digital content marketing.
Your Responsibilities
- Assistance in management of the content and activity calendars
- Work with the Head of Technical Sales to ensure that all marketing campaigns are fulfilled
- Digital filing of client orders
- Support for the sales team, including appointment setting

Desirable
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
Role Progression & Personal Development
There is scope for progression dependant on performance and there will be regular reviews to discuss further opportunity for development.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Place of Work: Remote
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays (28 Days in total) pro rata
