Description
This role is ideal for school leavers who have a creative interest and a keen eye for detail to join an experienced team of fabricators and fitters to create beautiful, high quality acrylic solid surfaces for a variety of applications using premium materials. Take a look at our work on our website.
Report to the Operations Director on a daily basis.
- Shadow the lead fabricators as directed.
- To build an understanding of a Fabricators role with an enthusiastic and inquisitive approach to learning.
- To assemble pre-cut material once trained.
- To maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Report any potential hazardous issues immediately.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent time keeping skills, a confident communicator with good listening skills. You’ll be self-motivated and enthusiastic to learn and work alongside an experienced dedicated team.

Entry requirements
GCSE English and Maths A*-C/4-9
Driving licence holder would be preferable.
Training to be provided
On the job training will be provided initially by shadowing our lead fabricators.
Additional training for Manual Handling, Health and Safety, Slips and Trips Etc will be carried in house.
Once the apprentice has built up their confidence, they will be assigned small tasks to enable them to complete whilst receiving regular monitoring.
The successful candidates will be enrolled onto the Corian fabricator course once they have gained a good understanding of the tools and materials used.

You will be fully supported in the role by the Production Supervisors and Milton Keynes College.
Training with Milton Keynes College, one day a week

On successful completion of your apprenticeship a full-time placement within the company will be offered.
