Our Client a Medway based building contractor currently seek a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Chatham, Kent.
They specialise in high-quality construction solutions and provide a range from new builds and extensions, to fit-outs and refurbishments.
This is an Excellent opportunity for a trainee Quantity Surveyor looking for the chance to progress your career, with fantastic training.
On offer is the chance to work directly with the Senior Management tier of the company, receiving invaluable 1 on 1 training, including working on full project lifecycles in the residential, commercial sectors.
You will be part of a close-knit and growing team, based in their office in the heart of Chatham.

You will split your time between the office, attending regular site visits, supporting the quantity surveyors and wider team.

The role
- Training as a Quantity Surveyor
- Working directly with the Directors on multiple projects
- Liaising with clients and working on commercial, residential and Retial building projects.
The person
- Trainee Quantity Surveyor
- Working towards RICS accreditation
- Experience in residential and Commercial sectors
- Must live a commutable distance from Chatham, Kent (those outside of these parameters will not be considered).
