Operations Assistant / Administrator – 1 Year Contract– West London – Up to £33,000
A successful, thriving international consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic proactive Operations Assistant Administrator to join their team on a 1 years fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to support their core operational activities, including office, finance, project and team support and Executive Assistant to the leadership team. Working in a collaborative and collegiate culture, the successful candidate will be organised, reliable and efficient.

Job role
- General office facilities management including liaising with suppliers, contractors, landlord and procuring office supplies and stationery.
- First point of contact for all office and staff facility needs.
- Manage office supplier contracts, negotiating renewals and seeking quotes.
- Support the Director of Operations and HR & Legal Operations Officer in managing key workplace policies.
- Record invoices, payroll and staff expenses on Xero.
- Update cashflow forecast and invoice tracker.
- Provide logistical support to all project-related events including launches, webinars and advisory group meetings.
- Diary and facility management for core staff activities
Skills/experience required
- Previous similar experience in an operational/ administration role
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Programs
- Experience of working with Xero or other book-keeping software (desirable)
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-task
