An opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Equalities Team to provide a comprehensive administrative and clerical/secretarial support.

We are recruiting into 2 vacant posts which are both permanent: a 1.0 wte and 0.75 wte

The successful applicants will possess an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and have previous experience of working in an administrative and clerical/secretarial role. You will be responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Corporate Equalities Team Leads and The Head of Service. You must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. The scope and range of duties are diverse and the main duties are detailed within the job description.

Hours of work for the 2 posts are:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

30 hours per week (to be agreed)
