National Account Manager
Hours: Monday - Friday (Field Based)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
OTE: £20,000

Job Purpose
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in line with annual targets, through the personal leadership of the portfolio customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive and deliver targeted growth
- Drives the operational Key Accounts function working with individuals to grow existing customer accounts and attract significant new business in target sectors. Measures performance against targets
- Personally leads bids, proposals and presentations to specific customers and maintains ongoing relationships. Brings in KAD to drive high level selling and relationships.
- Ensures effective ongoing communication with Operations colleagues in order to ensure excellent rollout Key Accounts, driving revenue at site level and ensuring customer relationships are mapped and managed.
- Prepares for future growth through ongoing exploration of markets and opportunities and the development of concepts, propositions and services which meet business plan and revenue target
- Be a key driver in serious about safety by working as a team to adhere to safety guidelines
- Ensure all locations are maintained to our 360◦ brand
Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Strong account management capabilities with a demonstrable track record of driving growth through effective relationship selling
- Extensive experience in a business service environment, out-performing stringent new business targets from board and director-level selling
- Knowledge of the outsourcing sector desirable
- Outstanding communication skills – able to present ideas clearly and powerfully in multiple formats and present to large audiences with credibility
- Strong commercial acumen, able to negotiate and develop pricing solutions that are profitable yet competitive
- Able to lead from the front, influencing non-direct reports and matrix teams to achieve new business targets
- Well organised, hardworking and determined – willing to travel extensively throughout the UK for business and network purposes
- Experience of tendering, proposal writing and bidding in public and private sector environments
- Excellent MS Office capabilities
