An exciting and essential role within the organisation has arisen to join our vibrant Customer Support Team! This team are essential to the success of the organisation and ensure we can operate efficiently.
This role will be supporting our retailers on a day-to-day basis and being at the forefront of all impacts on our retailers. You will be aiming to provide solutions and give our retailers the best possible service to help them drive their business and grow their sales.
Your main responsibilities
- Communicating with retailer, sales team, consumer enquiries and queries via online portal
- Front-line telephone-based support
- Log all contacts in our call logging system in line with agreed KPIs
- Working with key functions across the business to resolve queries
- Placing orders into our order capture system

- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others
- The ability to prioritise tasks
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and detail
- Strong IT skills in all Microsoft Applications
- You will be a strong team player, harnessing the power of the team whilst being an integral part of promoting team spirit!
