Applause IT are looking for a Business Analyst to join a law lead professional services organisation based in Birmingham. They work with over 5000 active clients both in the UK and overseas ranging from FTSE 100 companies to private individuals. You will be joining a growing IT team of over 50 members.

As the Business Analyst, you will focus on delivering IT capabilities and projects that add value to the company and their clients. Your day-to-day will include creating documentation for applications, managing stakeholders through the discovery phase, gathering requirements, and supporting the test plan creation and execution. You will have the ability to use your own initiative to work to deadlines and be willing to learn new skills.
The Business Analyst will have the following experience & attributes:

Professional services experience required - Legal experience beneficial

Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT change environment

Excellent problem analysis, system design, troubleshooting and resolution skills

Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders & within a team
