Job Description
We are looking for an experienced International Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies - from concept to execution - to reach international markets. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and local market teams, to ensure the company's presence is aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company's international markets, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels

Collaborate with local market teams to understand their unique needs and tailor the marketing strategy accordingly

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion

Monitor and analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the company's overall strategy

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on international markets

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics

Experience with data analysis and performance tracking tools

Excellent project management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English

Experience with international market is a plus.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, in collaboration with the senior executive team and parent organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving marketing success in international markets, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. It is important that the individual is up-to-date with the latest trends technologies so they can incorporate them into the company's strategy when necessary.
