Due to expansion Limegreen Estate Agents have an opening for a Residential Property Manager.
About Us
Being located within the seaside town of Prestwick for some 20 years, we have become a well-established residential estate and letting agency covering Ayrshire and Glasgow.
About You
The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own initiative, should have a good all round knowledge of property and have excellent communication skills. Our agency uses industry specific software and apps therefore you must be able to demonstrate computer skills and be confident using different apps. The role will mainly be field based and a company vehicle will be provided so a clean driving licence / history is essential.
The Role
Working from our Prestwick branch your role will include :-
· Preparing ingoing inventories
· Conducting 6 monthly condition reports
· Preparing exit inspections
· Liaising with landlords, tenants & contractors
· A high standard of customer service
· Carrying out Legionella risk assessments
· Carrying out Portable Appliance Testing
· Carrying out Energy Performance Certificates
· Assisting in preparing properties for rent
· Conducting viewings
· Other duties consistent with the post
Full training via an on-line learning platform can be provided however it would be desirable if you had qualifications in one or all of the following; Portable Appliance Testing, Legionella Testing, Energy Performance Certificates or Preparing Inventories.
Your shift pattern will be 35 to 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, this includes one late night per week which can be offset with a later start time. The nature of our business will require some flexibility from the successful candidate and there may be times when you will be required to work extra hours to meet the needs of the business, you will be compensated for any additional hours.
Reduced days or hours may be given consideration.
