As the Replenishment Supervisor, you will support and assist the Replenishment Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Ensure 98% stock availability through efficient systems and processes, delivering <10% ISOS.
- Ensure KPI’s are in place for gap counts.
- Contribute to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot.
- Drive the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience.
- Act as an Ambassador for the brand.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded.
- Ensure Health & Safety Policy and Legislation is adhered to.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience gained within a warehouse / retail / wholesale environment
- Sound knowledge of product areas
- Natural organizer with exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritize various tasks
- Strong time management skills
- Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results
- Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
