The Administrative Assistant to Deputy and Assistant Heads is a varied role and the successful candidate will provide a wide range of admin support for both day-to-day activities and special projects. This is a full time, term time position.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual with excellent organisational skills and a great attention to detail. You will be a strong communicator, confident speaking with colleagues, students and parents. You will be able to prioritise well and stay calm in a busy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Deputy Head's calendar
- Taking and writing minutes
- Collation of a weekly staff bulletin
- Liaising with partner schools
- Coordinating work experience for students
- Managing our annual careers convention
