Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager with previous experience in leading Residential Services and Domiciliary Care in the Health and Social Care Sector.
Salary - £55,000 - £57,000 per annum
Location - Essex
Hours of Work - 37.5 hrs/week
(Including some evenings and weekends plus on-call)
Key Responsibilities
- Previous management experience within the social care sector.
- Understanding and commitment to delivering excellent care to the PWS
- Leading and managing teams for excellent quality care and responsive services through effective leadership and performance management.
- Visiting services ensure you meet managers, colleagues, PWS and their families while encouraging feedback tools.
- Regular attendance at all DCA offices, registered services, and day services.
- Maintaining and reviewing all records, systems, and referrals in compliance with policy and procedures, to future-proof intelligence.
- Assuring homes/services in your portfolio are in line with their budgets, including occupancy/hour growth budgets. Assurance your managers are taking responsibility for the financial activity within their control, including reviewing and auditing finances.
