Administrator

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm

Location: Hybrid - London, N1 9JY

What you'll be doing;

• Organise company’s day to day operations.
• Provide support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
• Manage incoming communications, phone and email.
• Managing office equipment.
• Booking meetings and events and arranging travel.
• Raising invoices.

What we're looking for;

• Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role
• Highly organised
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Excellent phone and email etiquette
• Previous experience working on Google Workspace would be an advantage.
