Role Overview:
As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering technology projects from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, and quality assurance.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies.

Foster effective communication and collaboration between team members, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Project Manager, in a SaaS or technology company.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver technology projects on time and within budget.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
