About The Other House
The Other House is a new lifestyle brand of Residents Clubs redefining the hospitality market. Effortlessly combining home comforts and apartment-style living with hotel services, residents can stay for a day or a year - think hotel meets private members club. It is cool, intriguing, bold and committed to sustainability - rather like our residents - and with everything available on The Other House app, it is their other house for as long as they are in town.
Launched in 2019, The Other House is a joint venture partnership between London Central Portfolio (LCP), leading real estate investment advisory in Prime Central London and APG, the largest pension provider in the Netherlands.
Role: Waiter (F&B Team Member for the bar and restaurant)
Remuneration: £13.45 per hour inclusive of service charge bonus, with additional service charge available based on levels of business
Working hours: Part Time and Full Time positions available. 20-40 hours per week, based on a 5 days out of 7 schedule.
The Other House is looking for a dynamic and energetic waiter, who has a passion for delivering exceptional, outside the box, food & beverage experiences across several outlets, serving a mix of residents, members and guests. This individual needs to have a strong desire for creating memorable moments through personalised guest service and a passion for restaurant operations. We are looking for an individual who effectively will deliver entrepreneurial food and beverage service with a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. For us, there is ‘inside the box’, there is ‘outside the box’ and then there are our Other House Mates – passionate, self-driven and completely comfortable with pushing the boundaries.

About you - We are looking for individuals who:
- challenge the status quo with an instinct for delivering the ultimate experience, especially when under pressure
- have a good employment history & experience in restaurant and bar environment
- entertain & engages with guests whilst serving drinks
- have a keen interest in hospitality and good food and drink product knowledge
- have good communication skills & very good level of English.
- are passionate and hard-working, with a desire to make The Other House team proud
- combine honesty, integrity, reliability and a positive attitude
- find solutions to and overcomes challenging situations in The Other House manner
- have experience with a POS system
- are approachable, and has an eye for attention to detail
