The Role

We are looking for three enthusiastic Campaign Assistants to join our Client Services team! This is a seven-month fixed-term contract supporting on client campaigns during the busy autumn term. The Campaign Assistants will be working with our team of Account Managers to ensure our campaigns are set up and performing. Our Audience

Our audience is young people aged 16-24, comprised of mostly school leavers and university students. You will be directly engaging with our university audience to inspire them with work experience opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

Campaigns:

• Support the Account Management team with campaign set-up and delivery.

• Help screen, interview, recruit and train teams of student Brand Ambassadors.

• Support in managing a team of student Brand Ambassadors across a variety of campaigns.

• Assist with the successful delivery of our biggest campaigns.

• Reporting and tracking of campaigns.

• Potential to lead your own small campaigns.

Events:

• Support in the activation of events, from the setup phase right through to delivery.

• Manage pop-up events out on campuses across the UK.

• Liaise with universities and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of events

You are right for this role if...

• You have graduated from university in the last two years (no degree criteria).

• You have good understanding of the English language (both spoken and written).

• You are available from the start of August through the end of February

• You are a quick learner with great initiative.

• You are highly personable, confident, and comfortable speaking with lots of people.

Amazing (but not essential) if...

• You have previously undertaken work experience whilst at university.

• You have attended careers fairs/ student recruitment events.

• You have been a Brand Ambassador.

• You have helped with the creation and organisation of events.

Hybrid working

We have a hybrid work set-up, whereby you'll be expected to work from our office in Brixton a minimum of 1 day per week. There will be additional travel to universities across the UK as part of this role.

Salary

£25,000 per annum, pro-rata.
