Optime Group are excited to be recruiting PRM Passenger Service Agents at Heathrow Airport!

Working as a member of the Assistance Team, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence to every passenger requiring support, passengers with hidden disabilities or those requiring assistance due to mobility restrictions.
What’s on offer:
- Rate of Pay: £11.39 per hour (plus Holiday and Pension)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift pattern: 5 ON / 3 OFF
- 3 x Early (0500-1400), 2 x Late (1400-2300), 2 x OFF
- Weekly pay (every Friday)

Main duties:
- Being professional, polite and courteous at all times.
- Escorting arriving and departing special assistance passengers (along with accompanying family as necessary) through the airport either on foot, by wheelchair or electric buggy/caddy as depicted by their categorisation.
- Providing assistance with the passenger luggage.
- Completing the Daily Equipment Check Sheet, to maintain the operational reliability of the equipment, reporting where necessary, any equipment defects in line with the equipment inspection procedure.
- Ensuring that wheelchairs and buggies are always clean and tidy.
- Ensure that Centralised Control is updated on progress by use of IT handsets.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed legibly and submitted in a timely manner.
- Any additional reasonable duties, as assigned by operational management.
To be successful in the role, you will need:

- To multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Previous airport experience is an advantage but not essential
Please note: As this is an airport role, successful candidates must pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations. These checks include 5-year work and address history, DBS (must have no disqualifying criminal convictions), valid Right to Work.
