The Team
The Brand Concepts team is a relatively new team responsible for lots of new projects which look to challenge the ‘everyday Lush’. Think all things new and conceptual: digital concepts and tech activations, immersive retail concepts, brand-to-brand collaborations, experiential events and pop-ups etc. Now taking on more collaborations as a team, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and building relationships with a portfolio of clients as well as building new relationships with new clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales and marketing, and be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibility's
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage their expectations
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on our brand and mission
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
- Ensure all communications are timely, relevant, and engaging.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Approachable and personable
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Google Suite - Slides, Sheets, Docs etc.
