Architectural Assistant Part II
We are looking for a passionate Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join Architectural Studio in Bradford.

In this role you will be involved in:
- Developing ideas, concept design sketches and precedent boards.
- Working with a Visualiser culminating in 3D visualisations of the project.
- Assisting with the compilation of Feasibility Study reports.
- Assisting with RIBA Stage 2 & 3 Reports and Designing & Accessing Statements to accompany planning applications.
- Attending Design Team Meetings (DTMs) and site meetings with the Project Leader.
- Attending Client project meetings with the Project Leader to present architectural designs.
- Helping to prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals eg Building Regulations.

While good working knowledge of Revit, ArchiCad and the Adobe Creative Suite are preferred, training can be provided in all software used.
