We are delighted to have a vacancy within our Medication and Therapies pathways. It is a diverse and exciting role and will allow you to learn new skills and develop your existing ones You will offer individualised brief intervention sessions with support from the Care Coordinator. This may include supporting with liaisons where needed, supporting the team in working with Young People with mental health difficulties whilst on the waiting list for Therapy or alongside and possibly supporting within a group setting. Within our established medication team you would be supported in offering psychosocial support which may include group work. The role will include contact with families in between medication reviews, sign posting to appropriate services and support in the creation of resource packs for families. It may also include support with physical health checks, for example carrying out blood pressure checks. You will receive training and supervision to support you in your development
