Your responsibilities will include:

Taking orders over the phone

Delivering food& drinks orders to the guest rooms

Clearing trays
-
Delivering guest amenities
-
Setting up breakfast/dining trays

Ensuring you have knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menus.

Upselling guest orders at opportune moments to maximise revenue

Assisting the restaurant, bar and private dining with breakfast set up and service

Ensuring all special requests are communicated to the relevant departments

Work with your team and the kitchen team to ensure each guest has a memorable 5* experience
