Job Description
We are looking to recruit an additional member of staff to join our business to offer financial, administrative and client support.
We are open to part time applicants who are looking for flexibility in their working hours and working location to enable freedom from the traditional 9-5, however some day time working hours are essential. You must be confident and happy to work alone at times and a good self starter.
You will be responsible for managing client contact, assisting with their queries and ensuring a first class customer service is provided.
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following experience and attributes:
- Proficient user of Excel, but practical computer experience is essential.
- Excellent inter-personal skills, this is really important as you will be the point of contact for our clients.
- 3 years experience of business support, PA or a public service role. Ideally some Accountancy experience would be preferable but not essential.
Above all, we're looking for someone who has an incredible work ethic and attention to detail, who is passionate about helping solve our clients' problems and delivering amazing customer experiences.
This is a varied role as no two days are the same, therefore, you will require a positive, "can do" approach to the work as there are continuous deadlines to meet.
