Overview
Carmelcrest are a well established main contractor specialising within the Health, Education, Leisure and Blue Light Sectors.
Our projects are mostly refurbishment, ranging in value between 50k - £2.5m.
We have a strong reputation within our sectors, built over 40+ years. New projects are mainly generated from repeat business for valued clients.
The Role
Carmelcrest Project Managers hold overall responsibility on our projects.
They manage all aspects;
- Pre-construction budgeting
- Project mobilisation
- Placing and managing sub-contractor orders
- Monitoring programme and quality
- Through to closing out the project final account.
This is a busy and varied role, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the reputation and quality of the business.

Salary: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
