ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER (ANP)
Muiredge Surgery, Buckhaven is situated in the heart of its local community on the
east coast of the beautiful Kingdom of Fife, with easy access to Edinburgh, Perth
and St Andrews.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner
to work with a dedicated and supportive Practice Team to provide direct clinical care
to patients. Currently we have a list size of 8200 patients however this is to increase
in the next few months.
Your main roles will include clinical assessment, clinical decision making and ideally
prescribing and. We would also prefer the successful applicant to have Primary Care
experience and an advanced level of autonomous practice. However are open to
providing training and support to applicants not quite fulfilling all criteria. What is
most important is someone with the right motivation and dedication to patient care.
Ideally for 8 sessions per week but this can be flexible.
Our practice consists of;
6 x GP Partners
1 x Salaried GP
3 x Practice Nurses
1 x Health Care Assistant
We have a friendly and dedicated reception and administration team that are very
much at the heart of the surgery and are a great support to our clinicians.
The Practice is also complimented by; Psychiatrist, Mental Health Triage Nurse, First Contact Physiotherapist, Midwife, Community Treatment and Care Nurse. Phlebotomist, Primary Care Pharmacy Team.
