As we continue to grow from strength to strength we are expanding our training team to include a new exciting training role. Our Trainer will report to our Sales Training Manager. Responsibilities include training new employees and supporting experienced employees to improve their performance.
- creating compliant training material for sign off with and by the Sales Training Manager,
- delivering training sessions,
- identifying skills gaps,
- ensuring that all training material is up to date, compliant and relevant,
- ensuring all employees undertake relevant online learning,
- supporting the Team Managers with individual Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) that identify training needs,
- supporting any personal and professional development identified,
- maintaining Companywide training needs analysis / skills matrix,
- collating training data for overall Company matrix.

- Have previous experience working in the motor industry
- be passionate about self-development and learning
- have experience in training exceptional customer service in any setting
- be self-motivated and target driven
- understand the importance of team working and have great interpersonal skills
- be comfortable in a fast paced, ever evolving environment where things change quickly dependent on market conditions
- have outstanding organisation skills
Experience of working in a Training capacity or delivering Training would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
