We are now on the search for a Wedding Coordinator to ensure every wedding experience is extra special and planned accordingly.
The Position:
You will be responsible for all the weddings coming to the hotel. As wedding coordinator, you will have a proven track record in wedding proactive sales, with a passion and drive to take the business forward. You will need to be an effective communicator with a warm and welcoming personality, have exceptional attention to detail, an immaculate presentation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. We are looking for a strong individual to achieve financial targets
You'll check and recheck every detail of each Wedding to ensure their special day runs smoothly. Each day will be unique and knowing what each and every customer wants, will ensure that their Wedding is a great success. You'll take pride in always been one step ahead, so you will know exactly what's needed and when.
What we are looking for:
The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive can do attitude We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience with Wedding planning is desirable and previous experience within a busy hotel environment essential.
