Due to internal promotion, Lytham House is looking for a driven, enthusiastic & passionate Junior Sous Chefto join our team!
Rate of Pay
- Salaried & hourly rate contracts available to suit candidate needs based on a 48-hour FT working week.
- £26.208 salaried – experience & role dependant.
- Option for 4 day working week available (business permitting).
- Pay is processed on the last Friday of every month (salaried).

Rota Schedule
Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands.
To improve work-life balance, a flexible 4 to 5 day working week has been introduced and is available to suit the needs of each individual, wherever possible.

- Experience of working within a fast-paced food business.
- Capable of delivering 1500+ covers per week.
- Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a brigade of 15 chefs.
- Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
- Passion for working in a team environment.
- Delivering high quality dishes following specifications.
- Supporting the Head Chef in delivering great guest experiences.
