The Role
As an Sales Agent you will support our HOTAL team with all things sales! You will work from home via our virtual office supporting a number of clients with sales enquires and leads. You will be self-motivated, driven, and have excellent communication skills. Previous sales and hospitality experience is preferred but not essential so if you think you have what it takes, drop us a message.
Role and Responsibilities
- Able to seek out opportunities to maximize sales and hit KPIs
- Comfortable handling sales leads and getting ‘stuck in’ with the team
- Able to quickly build and maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Superb verbal, written, and spreadsheet reporting as required
- Able to produce daily sales reports and updates
- Comfortable dealing with hospitality guests for booking in restaurants, hotels and spas.
- Any other duties as required by your Line Manager
DETAILS
- Full or part-time / permanent position
- Ongoing development opportunities
- Working hours 10:00 - 18:00
- Working Days Monday - Friday
- Remote working with the requirement to attend Team Meetings in Manchester as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
Salary: £18,229.89-£21,000.00 per year
