Location: Bolton
Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8AM – 4PM
Duties & Responsibilities
- Unloading, receiving goods inward and storage of deliveries within the office
- Passing goods to the Bolton post room for onward distribution
- Updating asset management in the toolset and supporting spreadsheets to ensure all devices and peripherals are tracked
- Following instructions to rebuild devices received back into the Hub Working within the required policies and guidelines which will be set out at the start of the engagement
- Will be dealing with internal calls and emails from customers
- Raising shortages of goods, supplies, etc, to management team
- Cleaning down returned equipment from leavers and rebooting systems
- Receiving goods from suppliers, staff and the Bolton site
- Updating asset registers as appropriate
- Updating IT management on stock levels
Skills Required
- Experience working in a warehouse environment in terms of loading and unloading vehicles
- Physically and safely ble to lift heavy goods and objects
- Basic customer service communication calls/emails
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
- Data entry knowledge
- MS Office experience – Excel
