Role

We're looking for a first Head of Sales with a founder-mindset deeply passionate about all things sales! As an early member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion and drive business revenue.

Your Impact

  • Work closely with the founders on defining the sales and go-to-market strategy

  • Define our sales motion, messaging, and positioning to set the base for the team to grow

  • Build lasting partnerships with prospects by genuinely understanding their pain, problem, and impact and serve as a guide on their buying journey closing deals from $10k-$100k

  • Close warm inbound leads while developing your own outbound pipeline of new logos and named accounts

  • Delight our users and prospects by guiding and educating them on how to be more successful with Weflow

  • Be a key part of our overall growth strategy by fostering brand loyalty, gaining testimonials, and referrals

  • Align with Head of Growth and Head of Content on driving awareness

  • Share feedback with the development team to shape the future & success of Weflow’s products & services

About You

  • Experience: After at least 5 years in B2B sales, you understand what it takes to be successful.

  • Communication: You're great at listening and clearly expressing yourself verbally and in writing. You have a natural ability to explain things in a simple, relatable way.

  • Grit: You're focused, self-driven, resilient, and hard-working to achieve your goals

  • Focus: You're organized, process-driven, and methodical

  • Track-record: You've demonstrated success in previous roles

  • Learning: You have a growth mindset, are curious, and aim to master the craft of sales.

  • Team: You're a team player, share tips & tricks, and instill positive energy

  • Passion: You are genuinely passionate about sales, get energy from people, and aim for a successful career in sales.
