Role overview:
- A service that is about much more than offering young people a roof over their head. It's about giving them a safe and inclusive home and help to achieve their potential, transition into independent living, and engage in employment or education
- You’ll offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential
- You’ll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the young person’s keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking

- The ability to engage and build strong relationships with young people while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse and trauma
- A forward-thinking attitude to crisis response
- The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations

Salary: £11,124.50 (part time) - £22,249 (full time) per annum
Contract: Part Time & Full Time positions, Permanent
Hours: 23.5 hours per week, 1 day and 1 night shift (part time); 47 hours per week, 2 nights and 2 days (full time)
