About the role…
Your role will encompass a variety of general painting and decorating maintenance duties throughout our Care Homes, as and when required. We are a national based company therefore travel will be required throughout the group, occasionally at short notice, although mainly at a regional level (North East).
About you…
You must hold a current, clean UK driving license and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business. You will be required to stay away overnight, depending on the home location, accommodation will be provided. Ideally you will have previous experience and have thorough knowledge of all areas of the trade and a good understanding of legislation and requirements. You will be helpful and deliver a thoughtful service every time.
You must also be able to work under minimal supervision, managing your own workload and have an up to date knowledge of Health Safety requirements. This position is subject to an enhanced police check clearance.
