Specialist Occupational Therapist (Band 6)

Aberdeen City Community Learning Disability Team 37.5hrs

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our service. This post is within the Aberdeen City Community Learning Disability Team. With OT colleagues and in conjunction with other members of the multi-disciplinary team, the successful applicant will meet the occupational needs of adults with Learning Disabilities in Aberdeen City.

Applicants will have experience in providing Occupational Therapy assessment/intervention. Effective communication, organisational and time management skills are essential as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Regular supervision and support will be provided as will the opportunity to self-develop through the use of an annual appraisal and a personal development plan.
