Pinsent Masons Vario provides a range of professional services to our clients. These include flexible legal provision, diversity and inclusion consultancy, legal project management, legal technology consultancy and managed legal services.
Role Overview
You will be working as part of a team in the Paralegal Centre of Excellence, supporting our lawyers with a variety of technical, administrative and client relationship tasks. Within the Centre of Excellence there will be opportunities to work across all practice areas. There are currently vacancies for roles that will have a focus on:
- Banking and Restructuring (post-completion)
The paralegals' work will include drafting and preparation of documents, the management of documents and the management of client reporting systems. This is a highly varied job requiring a flexible attitude.
. Relevant Skills/Experience
We are keen to hear from you if you hold the following skills and experience:
- Previous Paralegal or Legal Exec experience
- Experience of working in a large commercial law firm, or an in-house legal team and understanding of the levels of service delivery required
