Your first footsteps into Business
We seek a Junior Business Operations Analyst to work across our Operations Function. We look after risk, audit, compliance, legal, corporate governance, information management and IT. In addition, we ensure that the back office runs effectively and efficiently to ensure that our colleagues in the front office can focus on providing first-class service to our clients.
We are in a period of exciting growth as a company and therefore have much to scale. You will work with our Senior Operations Partner, who is transforming each aspect of Operations and will hand over to you to run the business-as-usual processes. There is also a chance to learn, grow and develop into a transformational role while running the day-to-day operations needed for our business.
You will have the following:
- A graduate or 2 years of relevant experience in business administration, business analysis, operations, or equivalent
- Someone who desires variety in their day and is happy to switch subject matters while applying their core skills of planning, attention to detail, analysing, organising, and coordination
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – and confidence to talk to lots of different internal stakeholders at all levels of the Business
- Someone, when reading this, sees what a great opportunity this is to learn the Business of a business!
You do not need to:
- Know anything about Testing
- Have years of work experience
- Work in an office full-time (we are looking at a hybrid model)
