As we evolve our structure to better serve our customers, we are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Post-Production Artworker to lead, manage, develop and mentor the post-production artwork team to build accurate, high quality, brand aligned, print pages and retouch digital images that enable customers to shop with ease, in line with the Print and Time Studio schedules and within the designated budget - embedding the studio brand.
As a Lead Post-Production Artworker at Studio, you will be:

Leading and managing the post-production artwork team to ensure smooth workflow and all quality standards and schedules are adhered to

Managing key internal and external relationships to deliver objectives

Manage catalogue setup and catalogue production

Lead a culture of high performance and ensure the potential of people is maximised

Experience of working with brand guidelines ensuring all work ladders up to key brand guardrails and messaging

Background of graphic design and layouts

Commercial acumen and the ability to prioritise accordingly

Skilled cross functional relationship builder

Strong communication and influencing skills

Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands

Excellent knowledge of the Mac operating system

Experience of working with InDesign, Quark. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Bridge
