Description
As the agency’s Admin or PR Assistant, you will come with lots of enthusiasm and initiative and you’ll work right across the business. You’ll need to be able to think about the agency’s customers and work with the agency to make sure they are always providing the best possible service to their clients.
As the Admin or PR Assistant, on a day-to-day basis you can expect to get involved in a range of task such as:

All the above, alongside other general admin for the agency such as emails, telephone work and importantly overseeing the social committee and supporting with team events and socials!
Experience
The role of the Admin or PR Assistant might suit someone who is looking for their first steps into becoming a PR Account Executive and has good experience within an administrative position, but equally it could suit someone that is looking to return to the PR industry after a career break. The agency is really open minded.
What is important is someone that has strong administrative skills and has a clear passion in doing the right thing first time and always thinking about putting the agency’s clients first and foremost.
Experience working within an agency would be ideal, so you understand what building a media list means or what a photo DPI is, but it’s not essential.
