WHAT AWAITS YOU?
- As the Specialist Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for the enabling of project work in the Real Estate Provision Process within the UK. You will deliver support regarding standardisation of project working and steering the multi-project landscape.
- In this role you will act as the first level support for projects, participating in cross-departmental meetings and reporting project status (time, cost and quality) in relation to the wider project landscape of the Real Estate department.
- Ensuring data quality and reporting performance of multiple projects in the UK, you will provide functional and efficient work environments for the various internal business partners within given targets for cost, quality, time and life-cycle cost.
- You will monitor data quality and assist during project start and delivery, enabling project managers to achieve projects at the highest levels of quality using approved systems, processes, tools and methods.
- You will lead in the preparation of decision templates and escalation processes, the set up and maintenance of the supplier strategy, and the supplier evaluation for each project.
- Your remit will include leading the identification and instruction of process and method optimisation as well as steering decisions surrounding escalations requirements for real estate projects.
- Qualified to Degree level or equivalent in Architecture, Civil / Building Services Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration or related.
- Previous experience working in project management and cross-functional teams required.
- Experience of international project management in construction, as well as experience in a consulting and change management environment, is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of Real Estate and project management standards and state of the art topics desired.
- Proven ability to translate between business need and project requirements.
- Business travel on a regular basis will be a requirement for this role.
