Hours: 37 hr wk, (Travel time paid door to door)

REClifts is now recruiting for a Lift Repair Engineer (NVQ3 or equivalent) to cover a geographical patch across the Surrey. This will be scheduled repair work that is typical of a service route. This lift engineering company will also pay for an NVQ 4 qualification upon completing a satisfactory probation period and if this is desired by the Lift Repair Engineer.

Ideal Lift Repair Engineer Candidate:
- Industry relevant qualification – NVQ 3 - Essential
- Full, clean driving licence.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial experience as a Lift Engineer and be familiar with working in the Surrey area with call-out rota experience - Essential
- You are confident in managing your own repair works repairing both passenger and goods lifts of all types of manufacturers and both minor & major repairs experience is required.
- You are currently living a commutable distance away from West London or you are willing to relocate to satisfy the geography of this specialist role.
Key Responsibilities Lift Repair Engineer :
- Minor - semi-technical repair works example; auto-diallers, gears, motors, door operators, safety edges, manual entrances, light upgrades, valve lock seals,
- Lift repairs all types of lift directive packages to lifts in the company portfolio
- Complete repairs across a specified territory and small modifications to all scheduled snagging and troubleshooting
- Report broken down machinery or equipment promptly and proactively flag faulty equipment to your Repairs Manager/ repairs department requesting additional support where necessary
- Liaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship
- Adhere to the company's health and safety policies at all times
