We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. What are the key responsibilities in this role?
- To oversee and assure the implementation of large scale new business start up, from tender process, through new building governance and deliver confidence in operational readiness.
- To direct operational work streams on new business tenders, delivering full governance to ensure proposals and budgets are scoped acurately by the BD/project team.
- To lead and assure the effective implementation of OE principles and methodologies on new business wins, renewals and transformation projects.
- To lead the Ops Ex agenda across key sectors within the Business Unit
- To inspire confidence with both prospective customers and operational VPs during the development and tender process.
- To lead the process excellence agenda for the whole BU - including Merlin expertise and WMS SME
- To lead and govern the DSC Strategy, to ensure that all new business and renewals are aligned across the full UKI operation

- Previous experience of leading implementations of new business - specifically large scale implementations
- Accustomed to working with project management and cross functions
- Change/Stakeholder Management Experience
- Previous P&L accountability and full working knowledge of supply chain products and services
- General working knowledge of all functional aspects - finance, IT, HR, project management etc.
- Europe exposure / experience beneficial
- Demonstrable supply chain and account management experience
- DePict or equivalent
