JOB MISSION:

As the IT Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and supporting IT Services within new and existing stores across Europe. This is a brand-new role to support our growing portfolio of 45 stores with all IT support. You will work with the wider IT team and stores directly to ensure a great service is provided throughout the business. Monthly travel to stores across UK and Europe will be required as well as quarterly visits to our Amsterdam office.

This role is based in our EMEA Head Office in Warrington. We offer hybrid working and a flexibility to working hours to accommodate for a healthy work life balance.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the EMEA Retail IT Operations Manager, to lead the provision of a full IT infrastructure to all new stores
  • Ensure internet lines and hardware are procured for store opening in line with company standards
  • Ensure appropriate IT services are operational in stores for opening and communicate any risks/mitigations to published opening times
  • Provide IT lead times and ensure all parties are kept up to date
  • Champion IT to ensure store opening times are in line with technology provision and provide interim measures for limited service when lead times are excessive
  • Work with global IT leads to ensure new retail technologies are provisioned in new and existing stores. Including updating relevant standards where appropriate
  • Coordinate and support centralised support processes for all retail operations
  • Advise Retail branch of company standards and promote compliance
  • Provide regular updates to key IT and Retail stakeholders
  • Ensure technical support is provisioned for the full retail ecosystem during store opening times
  • Ensure all regional IT infrastructure requirements are met to support the growing E-commerce and Omnichannel business
  • Assist with building and maintaining IT lab testing environment
  • Manage and provide inventory for all IT assets within the DTC business
  • Develop and maintain IT services documentation, plans and reports
  • Communicate with internal and external IT resources to meet the above
  • Communicate effectively with all technical and non-technical stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Previous experience within an IT Operational role
  • Previous network infrastructure knowledge and experience using ISP’s
  • Experience in implementing or upgrading retail IT systems
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Ability to manage and priortise workload within given deadlines
  • Team player who is able to work independently when required
