Overview:
As Expleo Technology continue to grow there is increased demand to support accounts to optimal service delivery which adds value and drives our business, but also delights and satisfy’ s our growing number of demanding clients.
As such we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join us on a 12 Month FTC, with good system and process knowledge to support us with a key client account.
The three focal areas of this role are Operations, Finance and Delivery. You will work with the accounts workstream leads, PMO, finance and the client to ensure the engine of the account operates effectively and efficiently and we are maintaining the businesses cashflow.
Responsibilities:
Operations:

Ensure new starters are forecasted, managed and onboarded on to the account.

Manage resource requirements, placements and extensions, ensuring on time and on quality execution.

Manage contractors contracts (managed and executed on time and on quality)

Ensure timesheets approval, ensuring they are submitted right first time (RFT) and on time delivery (OTD).

Approve expenses, ensuring they adhere to policy.

Workstream leads to ensure CCN’s are created, edited and approved on time and meet the quality expectations.
Delivery:

Manage the Delivery Assurance Audits (AEIOUs) reports –Scheduling, triage and reporting results.

Update and manage the account risks and issues log.

Manage workstream leads and PMO to understand the salient activities and status on the account and creating a weekly management reports.
PMO Team and Expleo Finance Team:

Input into and reviewing of the Monthly finance pack.

Support the monthly invoice creation.

Manage workstream leads to provide input for forecasts

Manage PO burn – Reviewing £ left on PO
Qualifications:
- Prior experience of coordinating Business Operations activities in a pressured environment.

Certificate in Business and / or Administration
Skills:
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Logical, process oriented and systematic thinker.

Ability to comprehend and summarise information.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively, including management of other internal stakeholders.

Ability to work to internal and customer driven deadlines, with the flexibility to react to changes in business priorities.

Proficient in English (Written and Spoken).
