Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Interim Project Manager (12 month FTC with possibility to go permanent) to support our L&D, Talent and Office Management teams in their projects.

You will be responsible for supporting members of the People Team to help achieve company and personal goals. You will work together with Senior Stakeholders to communicate the progress of People projects and gain their buy-ins and timely support. Similarly, you will be responsible for building awareness within the wider business of People Projects and key milestones.

This is a rare opportunity for an individual looking to work with a fun and bubbly team who are all experts within their field. You will have the opportunity to support a wide range of projects across the People Team e.g. office fit-out, launching and implementing new platforms and employer branding initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is ready to leave an impact in the People Team as a project manager and provide guidance across the team to push projects forward. We have a great collaborative company culture and fun working environment that will make you feel supported and valued!

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the People Team
  • You will be responsible for managing, motivating, developing and supporting members of the People Team
  • You will support the Office Coordinator to ensure smooth running of day to day operations in the UKIE offices/WFH and help identify better ways of working
  • You will be supporting the L&D Manager with the development and launch of L&D initiatives in the UKIE
  • You will support the Talent team by following and understanding the progress on open roles and escalate any barriers to hiring
  • You will also be an escalation point for members of the People Team
  • You will provide support to the HR Director where needed
  • You will identify any cost saving initiatives within the People Team

Key skills

  • Confident to oversee projects from conception through to completion
  • Strong and succinct communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are a supportive people manager
  • Experience bringing members across departments together to collaborate in achieving a common goal and overcoming competing priorities and deadlines
  • Good commercial awareness and experience of managing projects with strict budgets
  • A good understanding of the remit of a HR Department and People Team
  • You have previously worked in a scale up environment or used to a fast paced environment
